A study in urban porosity and programmatic density — and the question at the heart of it was simple: can a massive mixed-use building feel open?

My final year thesis synthesises retail, office, and civic spaces into a singular, breathable structure rooted in its urban context. A modular grid organises the programme without rigidifying it, while integrated passive cooling systems respond to Hyderabad's climate rather than fighting it. The result is a building that prioritises public flow and environmental responsiveness — transforming a dense footprint into an accessible urban landmark that gives as much back to the city as it takes from it.
