This portfolio moves across architectural design, BIM/VDC coordination, construction thinking, and spatial research — from conceptual sketches to fully resolved, construction-ready documentation. Each project here represents a different question asked through the same lens: how do design intelligence and technical precision work together to make something that actually gets built?

The scale shifts — from urban mixed-use infrastructure to intimate residential detail — but the approach doesn't. I design for the site, not the screen. I coordinate for the contractor, not just the drawing set. And I document with the precision that construction demands, not just the clarity that presentations require.

Some projects are built. Some are coordinated models. Some are academic explorations. All of them are honest about what they are — and deliberate about what they're trying to find out.
