A semester capstone designed to stress-test one thing: how well you can think, coordinate, and document in BIM under pressure. The Belk College of Business project was the benchmark — a complex institutional brief that demanded precision across modelling, clash detection, and documentation workflows in Revit and Navisworks.
More than a design exercise, this was a coordination challenge. Managing the complexity of a large academic facility through BIM forced every decision to be deliberate and defensible — spatially, technically, and documentarily. It confirmed that BIM fluency isn't just a technical skill. It's a way of thinking about how buildings hold together.
